The Netherlands' insider trading regime is supervised by the Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM). Under MAR, PDMRs at issuers listed on Euronext Amsterdam must notify both the AFM and the issuer within three business days. The AFM publishes these transaction notifications on its public register. The Dutch market applies the standard €20,000 annual de minimis threshold. The AFM has a strong reputation for market surveillance and enforcement, regularly investigating suspicious trading patterns around price-sensitive announcements on the Amsterdam exchange.
