Finland's insider trading disclosures are supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA, or Finanssivalvonta). Under MAR, PDMRs at issuers listed on Nasdaq Helsinki must notify both the issuer and FIN-FSA within three business days. These notifications are published via the Nasdaq Nordic news platform. Finland uses the standard €20,000 annual threshold. FIN-FSA is recognized for its active enforcement stance and transparent publication of PDMR transactions, making Finland one of the most accessible Nordic markets for insider trading data.
