Sweden's insider trading disclosures are regulated by Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish financial supervisory authority. Under MAR, PDMRs at issuers listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and other Swedish venues must report transactions within three business days. FI publishes all notifications in a public register and provides data exports in CSV format. Sweden uses the standard €20,000 annual threshold (converted to SEK). FI is known for thorough market surveillance and maintains one of the most transparent insider transaction databases among Nordic countries.
