Terms of Service

1. Service Description

InsiderPulse aggregates publicly available insider and manager transaction data from European financial regulators into a searchable platform. The Service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans with additional features as described on our Plans page.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel. Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT where required.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then.

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial billing periods, unused time, or dissatisfaction with the Service. You may cancel to prevent future charges, but amounts already billed are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice (via email to your registered address). Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) resell, redistribute, or commercially sublicense data obtained through the Service without our written consent; (b) use automated means to scrape data beyond the rate limits of your plan; (c) attempt to circumvent authentication, rate limiting, or tier restrictions; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and data compilations on InsiderPulse are owned by Kombi Capital Oy or used under licence. The underlying transaction data is sourced from public regulatory filings. Our compilation, normalisation, signal analysis, and presentation of this data constitute our proprietary work.

You may use data obtained through the Service for personal, non-commercial investment research. Any commercial redistribution requires our prior written consent.

6. No Investment Advice

The information provided on InsiderPulse is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other kind of advice. You should not treat any of the content on this site as such.

We make no guarantees regarding the timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed on the Service. The data is derived from complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory sources and may contain errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies. Each user must conduct their own independent research using live data from authoritative sources before making any investment decisions. Reliance on any information provided by this Service is solely at your own risk.

InsiderPulse is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

(a) The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

(b) We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.

(c) In no event shall Kombi Capital Oy, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of investment returns, or trading losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

(d) Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by you to us during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you are on a free plan, our total liability shall not exceed ten euros (€10).

(e) You acknowledge that investment decisions involve risk and that past insider transaction patterns do not guarantee future results. We are not liable for any investment losses incurred based on information obtained through the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kombi Capital Oy and its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your investment decisions made using information from the Service; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify paid subscribers of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for cause (including violation of these Terms) without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the Helsinki District Court (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) as the court of first instance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kombi Capital Oy regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
